We've got some bombshell news that could potentially be explosive in Trump's pending January 6th federal trial in Washington D.C. Donald Trump just put out a post on Truth social that says 'quote' Mark Milley who had led perhaps the most embarrassing moment in American history with his grossly incompetent implementation of the withdrawal from Afghanistan costing many lives leaving behind hundreds of American citizens and handing over billions of dollars of the finest military equipment ever made will be leaving the military next week this will be a time for all citizens of the USA to celebrate this guy turned out to be a woke train wreck who if the fake news reporting is correct was actually dealing with China to give them a heads up on the thinking of the President of the United States.

This is an act so egregious that in Times Gone by the punishment would have been death a war between China and the United States could have been the result of this treasonous act to be continued so this is Donald Trump issuing The Not So thinly valid suggestion that the chairman of the U.S Joint Chiefs of Staff should be executed and this is a military General who he himself appointed to that role which by the way would be wall-to-wall news coverage if it was any other person who said it or even any other world leader in another country, but putting that minuscule detail aside let's unpack the implications of what he just posted first of all Mark Milley may very well be on the witness list for Trump's DC trial.

This is a man who had Direct first-hand accounts of many key events that took place in the events leading up to and on January 6th according to his interview at the house January 6 committee Mark Milley said that he was highly disturbed by the assaults on the capital and the Constitution and took steps to preserve evidence to reassure, America's allies he also shared some anecdotes that illustrate Trump's instability, for example Milley ordered his staff to collect and classify documents related to January 6 for future investigations fearing that they might be destroyed or tampered with, he was also concerned that foreign adversaries would exploit the domestic turmoil and had frequent phone calls with his counterparts including China, Russia, France and others to calm the situation. He also participated in a rehearsal of the Electoral account certification and recalled that the deputy defense secretary predicted a direct attack on the capital while Trump's National Security adviser Robert O'Brien, who's spreading lies and conspiracy theories about antifa and black lives matter.

Millie also said that he found it odd that Trump asked the acting defense secretary if he was ready for January 6 and to 'quote' protect my people during a meeting about Iran's nuclear program perhaps most crucially Milley was worried that Trump would issue unlawful orders to the military especially including overseas in Afghanistan and Somalia and said he was prepared to resist them unsurprisingly but importantly Trump never called Nelly on January 6 nor did he call his own defense secretary or vice president which further indicates his involvement and support for the Insurrection so it's safe to say that Milley has a lot of information to offer about Trump's actions related to January 6. if he is listed as a potential trial witness, which by the way Trump would know by now because of the discovery process. Then Trump will have violated his release conditions which state that he specifically swears not to tamper with or intimidate. Witnesses 'quote' violating any of the foregoing conditions of release May result in the immediate issuance of a warrant for your arrest a revocation of your release an order of attention a forfeiture of any bond and a prosecution for contempt of court and can result in imprisonment of fine or both it is a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a 250 000 fine or both to obstruct a criminal investigation tamper with the witness victim or informant retaliate or attempt to retaliate against a witness victim or informant or intimidate or attempt to intimidate a witness victim juror informant or officer of the court again.

It's not confirmed that Milley is a potential trial witness but based on the extensive experience he had during the events leading up to that day it would be pretty shocking if he wasn't and let's be clear this wouldn't be the first time that Trump is engaged in probable witness tampering. In his four pending trials and Georgia for example he directly called on a witness not to testify here's what former Federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner had to say when I asked about that and how these various witness tampering incidents intertwine with his multiple criminal cases you know Trump expressly attacked Geoff Duncan the, lieutenant Governor of Georgia saying that he shouldn't testify. What impact will that move specifically have of on him and his case yeah this actually matters and what we're going to have to do for a minute is mix criminal apples and oranges, because we're going to have to talk about multiple Donald Trump criminal prosecutions.

There are so many in the mix right now but if we first look at what the Judge told Donald Trump at his arraignment date here is what she told him she said your most important condition of release sir is that you not commit a state federal or local crime while on release if you were to do so a warrant may be issued for your arrest your conditions of release may be revoked and you may be held pending trial in this case so it's really important to know that even though it's a federal prosecution in Washington D.C he was given the expressed condition of you know not violating any federal law any state law or any local law and you just hit the nail right on the head because what Donald Trump posted which just really breathtaking in its obvious criminality he posted that he knew that the former lieutenant governor of Georgia Geoff Duncan was going to appear before the grand jury that's important, Why.?  because prosecutors can prove he knew Duncan was going to be a witness against him and then he said and I quote 'He shouldn't testify!'

If that's not witness tampering more specifically under Georgia state law it's called influencing a witness and it's a two to ten year felony and what I just described that post about somebody he knew was about to testify before the grand jury is absolutely witness intimidation witness tampering influencing a witness and if that represents a violation of Georgia state law and I absolutely believe it does on the facts on the evidence that that can serve as a basis to revoke him in his federal case because as we just discussed the judge said while you're on release in this federal case your most important condition is that you not violate any federal law any state law or any local law so I think Donald Trump has a world of hurt about to come crashing down on him I think at this point the system has to step up has to assert the rule of law if Donald Trump you know is to be deterred at all and not only Donald Trump but if other defendants who are on pre-trial release are to be deterred so in a way his multiple criminal cases all affect one another here especially if they involve a revocation of bail and if these state law violations in Georgia with Jeff Duncan doesn't land him in jail then this new example of witness tampering if Milley is in fact a potential trial witness certainly will land him in major legal trouble because it doesn't even require cooperation between multiple jurisdictions it would just just be a flat out violation of the conditions of his release in the federal DC trial no ifs ands or buts and just to add more to the many layers of criminality here Milley is likely also a witness and the Florida trial also being brought by Jack Smith related to Trump's handling of classified documents so if it's not one it could be the other the simple fact is that Trump is extremely exposed to a number of legal perils here and he just can't stop digging his hole deeper and deeper the more he posts the more exposed he gets so at this point my best advice would probably be just keep talking Donald just keep talking.

D@mned Fool just can't keep his Trap Shut!!!

Let's talk about substantive international issues, you want to be President of the United States. Today the speaker, Mccarthy, he refused to commit to even putting Ukrainian aid on the house floor, After meeting with Ukranian President Zelensky.  How concerned are you right now Governor of the growing resistance among so many of your fellow Republicans to providing the desperately needed assistance to Ukraine.?

I am really concerned Wolf and given that I Kyiv about 6 weeks ago and met with President Zelensky there. I went and toured around the country and saw the barbarism being committed by the Russian army, the deaths to civilians, the kidnapping of over 20,000 children, and this is a war being funded by the Chinese, Russians doing the fighting. Now the North Koreans, and Iranians are providing weapons North Korean, providing weapons to the country.

This is a threat to the United States. We have to stand with our allies and friends and do this, and I think this kind of shortsighted isolationism which is what Donald Trump has bred in our party.

You blame trump for this?

I absolutely do I absolutely do. He has bred this kind of isolationism in the party. Not understanding that America is only at our best and strongest when we are leading in the world, and we leave that vacuum, the Chinese will fill it, Wolf. And all of these folks in my party who talk about how much they resent, are angry with, threatened by the Chinese communist party, this is the time to send the Chinese communist party a message.

Interesting. A very important issue that came up in recently days. The Biden administration will not, repeat, not be providing Ukraine with what they want, these long range ATACMS, missiles. When I interviewed President Zelensky at the U.N. Earlier this week, he said to me that such a move would be a major loss for Ukraine he needs those missiles at this desperate time. He needs those missiles. What do you think?

I think that we have waited too long to give them all the weaponry they need to win the war. You know, President Biden has done better than President Trump did, and President Trump did better than President Obama did regarding Ukraine in my view, but here's the thing, it's not good enough. He's given them just enough not to lose. We want them to win. People don't want these forever wars. The way to end the war is give them the weaponry they need to defeat the Russian army. They can do it. They have made gains in the counter offensive in the late part of the summer, early part of the fall. Let's give them the weaponry they need right now. We need them to win this war. We need to give them, along with our European allies, the weapons they need.

And I want to be precise, the Biden administration is not going to be providing the ATACMS missiles at least right now. They may change their mind and do it down the road. You think what, it's too late?

It's wrong. It elongates the war. I mean, look, president Biden has to stop hammering on this. He was hammering on the Abrams tanks, F-16's, now on these ATACMS missiles. Let's give them what they need. Six months from now, we give them everything they need, and they're not making progress in the war, we have to reevaluate it, but we can't re-evaluate it smartly if we're not giving them what they need to win.

Let's talk about a potential, could be an enormously painful for so many Americans if there's a government shutdown, and it looks like there's a lot of dysfunction among federal Republicans on capitol hill right now. Is Kevin Mccarthy the right leader, the right speaker to deal with this very important issue?

I think he's the only speaker to deal with it at this point. You know, look, you have a very small number of people, as you know now, Wolf, four or five members of the caucus who are pushing it in this direction, but this is what happens when you have such a thin majority as he has. He's got the toughest job in Washington right now in terms of  trying to manage all of that. I think Kevin is doing the best he can. I think he was honest today. These folks are trying to burn the house down. He needs to be honest and strong about this, and let people know exactly what's happening in the country, and you know, let's face it, your job when you come here is not to shut the government down. It's to run the government more efficiently. And by shutting it down, that's a cop out. It's a cop out. We have divided government. We've got to come to a resolution with the senate and get this done.

I want to get to some of the political issues coming up right now. As you probably know, Donald Trump, he posted a series of social media attacks going after you.

Yeah.

Attacks against you last night. He called you, and I'm reading now, a grifter, he attacked your record as Governor of New Jersey, and he attacked your campaign. He clearly sees you as a potential significant rival.

Right. You know, he said himself, Wolf, a few weeks ago, I only attack number two. Well, he has stopped attacking Ron DeSantis. And he's started attacking me. You and I have sat here before and had this conversation. I told you that I was going to gain in this race. We have seen it in all the polling in New Hampshire. I'm second place in new Hampshire. We are going to take on Donald Trump directly. And he doesn't like it when he's taken on directly, and he's confronted. I'm the only one on that stage who is unwilling to raise my hand, besides Asa Hutchinson and say I wouldn't support a convicted Felon for President of the United States. He doesn't like when people stand up to him and call him out on the nonsense he's involved in, and I guess he had a bad night last night. Maybe he had bad Chinese food or something, a little indigestion, decided to attack me.

Keep it coming, Donald, and by the way, if he had any guts, he would get on the debate stage, and he's got things to say about me, stop hiding behind your social media site, your failed social media site, Donald, and start taking me on directly. Show up. Stop being a coward.

The "Wall Street journal" editorial today said this about Donald Trump's refusing to go to the second debate next week. The headline here, "Why is Donald Trump afraid to debate," and then "Wall Street journal" editorial page wrote this, he's ducking with competitors who could challenge his record and platform.

Why do you think he's refusing to debate?

If I had his record, I wouldn't want to debate either. Said he was going to build a big beautiful wall across the entire wall of Mexico, he built 52 miles of new wall in four years, and said Mexico was going to pay for it. They never did. He said he was going to repeal and replace Obamacare. Had a Republican congress, he couldn't get it done. That's not a record to be proud of and what he also led to was Joe Biden becoming the President of the United States, lots of Republicans like me object to that as well, and we want to win the White House back. He's afraid to get on the stage lastly because he doesn't want to face me.

Maybe we should be calling him Cowrump.?

Trump's Chaotic Speech Makes Everyone Question His Mental Competency

Late last week at the Pray Vote Stand Summit in Washington, DC, Donald Trump gave a speech where he attempted to attack President Biden for his competency, as Trump, uh, says, lack of mental competency. Trump has been saying for a while now that Biden is mentally incompetent. And if you're gonna be throwing those charges against your rival, you gotta make sure that you don't make any mistakes that are going to call into question your own mental competency.
Unfortunately, for Donald Trump, that is exactly what he did in that speech on Friday. And ever since then, people have been posting on social media that clearly Donald Trump is not mentally competent enough to be president of the United States. He began by saying this. We have a man who is totally corrupt and the worst president in the history of our country, who is cognitively impaired in no condition to lead, and is now in charge of dealing with Russia and possible nuclear war.

Just think of it, we could be in World War II very quickly. If we're going to be relying on this man in is far more devastating than any war, there will be a war if that happens. There will never be a war like this. It will obliterate everything there is everybody, it will obliterate every country. So he kind of just starts rambling there, like it'll be a war, a big war, bad war, war that kills everybody. Everybody's gonna die in the war. Just repeating himself in different phrasing for World War II. World War II. Biden is leading us into World War II, which begs the question, where the hell is the time machine? Right? I mean, if Biden is like America, we're going to World War II, then we all better hop on the Magic school bus because that's about the only way we're gonna get there.
So yeah, that's, that's a pretty big gaffe, a gaffe that he didn't catch. But hey, listen, you know, sometimes people mis make mistakes, right? I do this every day. I talk every day. Trust me, there's plenty of mistakes. But when, when something like that happens, I'll, I'll correct it. I won't just continue on and be like, uh, yeah, so I messed up. But that guy's totally mentally incompetent. Like, no, you've gotta be flawless if you are calling out somebody else's mental competency. But that wasn't the only part of it. Donald Trump then said that he is and that he beat Obama very badly in 2016.  beating Obama very badly in the polls right now,

Photo provided by byebyedemocracy.org
Now, for those keeping track at home, uh, president Obama did not run for office in 2016. He was in fact, term limited. And because of that, he is also not running for president in 2024. But Trump's beating him badly, he says, so Trump is bragging about beating somebody Who wasn't running in either of those elections, somebody he's actually never run against. And he has the audacity to say that Biden is the one that is mentally incompetent. And here's the thing.
You know, polls came out last week, you know, majority of voters like, yeah, Trump's too old too. So Trump has been on this kick trying to be like, no, no, no, no, it's not the age, it's the mental competency. He has, of course, brought back up the fact that he, as he puts it, aced his mental competency test the person, man, woman, camera, TV thing. Um, but Biden's mentally incompetent. 'cause he is trying to distinguish like.

Well Shit, Why tax the American people for a Crime he has already Admitted to.?

Trump Just Guaranteed That He's Going To Be Found Guilty
